Satsuma mandarins produce a sweeter and more fragrant marmalade than the traditional Seville orange marmalade. To balance out the sweetness, we've thrown in some preserved stem ginger for a spicy finish. The satsuma mandarins have been grown by Doron Citrus, in Colignan, Victoria.
Ingredients: Victorian satsuma mandarins, white sugar, lemon juice, and preserved stem ginger.
